I can't say enough good things about WFM Restoration and the outstanding service they provided during a very stressful situation. At around 3:00 AM on the Fourth of July, my daughter came downstairs to let the dog out and discovered that our entire downstairs was flooded. One of the hoses connected to my reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink had cracked, sending water throughout the kitchen, dining area, and several other parts of the house. I called WFM Restoration at approximately 3:40 AM, and to my surprise, Rigo and Justin arrived by 4:28 AM. That's incredible response time, especially on a holiday. From the moment they arrived, Rigo immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, what the water extraction process would involve, and what to expect during the restoration and repair process. His communication was outstanding throughout the entire experience, and he made sure I understood every step. While Rigo carefully evaluated each affected area for water damage, Justin got right to work extracting what turned out to be a tremendous amount of water. Both of these guys showed up in the middle of the night with positive attitudes, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. It's not every day you find people willing to tackle a difficult job at 4:30 in the morning with smiles on their faces. Rigo also coordinated the next phase of the restoration, arranging for additional WFM Restoration team members to come out later that morning to begin removing baseboards and starting the drying and repair process. He even followed up with me afterward to make sure I had been contacted and everything was moving forward as promised. Rigo and Justin were not only highly professional but also personable and easy to talk to. During what could have been an overwhelming experience, they made me feel confident that my home was in good hands. WFM was recommended and came on site within the hour of the plumbing company calling them. Rigo was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and communicated with me as well as my tenant and the owner where the leak came from. He made me feel that I could trust what he was seeing since I am out of state. He also assured my tenant of the process. He went step by step over the process and what to expect next. Very very happy with Rigo.
